1 hour session 6 people or less, 100 – 175 pictures taken,
unlimited poses, online proofing for 6 months,
proofing CD for future ordering, prints are sold separately.
$100.00 refundable deposit is required to hold the date of the event.

1 hour session 7 – 14 people (i.e., family reunions)
175 – 300 pictures taken, unlimited poses, online proofing for 6 months,
proofing CD for future ordering, prints are sold separately.
$100.00 refundable deposit is required to hold the date of the event.

1 hour session 15 or more people (i.e., family reunions)
200 – 400 pictures taken, unlimited poses, online proofing for 6 months,
proofing CD for future ordering, prints are sold separately.
$100.00 refundable deposit is required to hold the date of the event.

Refunds – In event the session can not take place due to weather,
we will reschedule another session.
If we can not reschedule a session, a refund will be issued.
A refund will not be issued for a cancellation.
1. Sunrise Session
Schedule, April 25 – October 15th
Sessions are held at sunrise, great for young children & infants.
2. Sunset Session
Schedule, January 1 – December 31st
Sessions are held 1 hour before sunset, great for large families with
Children 5 years of age or older.
Providing professional services along the beaches of South Walton County 30-A
including Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seacrest, Seagrove, Watercolor, Watersound,
Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain, Dune Allen, Santa Rosa Beach, Sandestin, Inlet Beach,
Carillon Beach, and the beaches of Destin.
Our locations change yearly! We will suggest several beautiful
beach locations near where you are staying.
Clothing, wear solid neutral colors, stick to lighter tones and pastels.
Try to avoid prints, patterns, and stripes.
A couple or group should be the same or complimentary in style and color clothing.
Jewelry should be kept to a minimum.
No shoes required, you will be barefoot on the beach.
Bring sandals for walking to the beach.
Dress appropriate for the season.
Long sleeves & pants in the Spring, Fall, and Winter.
Short sleeves & shorts for the Summer

Ladies: Wear your make-up as usual. Use a neutral toenail polish if any.
Please do not wear any moisturizers or creams that are too oily or greasy.
Avoid a sandy sticky mess!
Men: Keep in mind that an evening portrait will benefit greatly from a fresh shave!
Eye Glasses: If you wear glasses, try to get your optician to supply you with empty
rims for the day of your appointment.
Bring cold refreshments, especially during the summer months when it is extremely hot.
Bring handy wipes and Kleenex • Baby Formula • Diapers
The beach can be very windy, we suggest hair products that will keep
your hair under control under these conditions.

We charge a flat rate of $15.00 for shipping and handling on orders
shipped within the continental United States.
Orders outside of the continental United States will be charged additional shipping rates.
All orders are insured when shipped.
A tracking number will be sent via email address when shipped.
No charge for basic retouching of all purchased images 5 x 7 or larger.
Our basic retouching consists of enhancing your natural skin tones and
removing any acne and small facial blemishes.
Additional charges apply for swapping faces of people, body parts,
blowing hair, hair on face and any other facial alterations not listed above.
Charges also apply to adding or removing foreground, background and buildings.
These applications are specialized and are not considered basic retouching.
Specialized retouching services are based on a hourly rate of $ 85.00
A rush can be applied to any order

Orders $900.00 – $2199.00 $90.00
Orders $2200.00 – $4800.00 $120.00
We do not except any rush print orders after 11/24/09.
All rush print orders are processed with 3 weeks.
